1) Private Sale
The private sale was based on invitation only and reserved to the close circles of the team, mostly friends and family members. 17 participants contributed for a total inferior to 20 ETH.
No investment groups, VC or private funds were invited nor participated in any funding rounds.
Private sale participants have been granted a 5% discount on the IDO token price and will receive an Angel Membership NFT (more details on the membership classes and their advantages can be found in our white paper).

3) ETHERNAAL MEMBERSHIP
Membership NFT grants additional share of income during the quarterly and annual benefit distribution along with access to special perks.
The IDO is a one-time opportunity to earn an Ethernaal membership without complying with the staking requirements.
Patron Membership NFT (Worth 1 Year of staking):
Participant committing more than 0.5 ETH will receive a Patron membership class NFT (Limited to the first 2000).
Mecene Membership NFT (Worth 2 Years of staking):
Participant committing more than 1ETH will receive a Mecene Membership NFT (Limited to the first 500).
Curator Membership NFT (Worth 3 Years of staking):
Participant committing more than 5ETH will receive a Curator Membership NFT (Limited to the first 50).
Memberships can not be accumulated and are non-transferable (ETA Dec 2021).
4) NFT PRIZES
Governance NFT: Participants with a commitment superior to 0.1ETH will receive an Ethernaal DAO NFT (ETA Dec 2021– 5000 first participants).
The $NAAL token fuel the ecosystem and defines the share of revenue for each holders when the Governance NFT concede right to DAO governance and curation.
NFT: Contributors with a commitment superior to 0.25ETH will earn an NFT from the IDO collection made by one of the 70 Ethernaal artist (500 first, random based minting). All Art is exclusive to Ethernaal marketplace.
NF2T (Tattoo): Contributors with a commitment superior to 3ETH will earn an NF2T (non fungible tattoo token) from the IDO collection, made by one of the 50 Ethernaal tattoo artist (20 first, random based airdrop). All Art is exclusive to Ethernaal marketplace.
Participants accumulated prizes as they commits. Unsold Tokens and NFTs returns to project treasury.
